Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Hashtag God. We're a small brand from Canada, and every order is packed with care. We want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it lands at your door.

WHERE WE SHIP

All orders ship from Canada. We ship within Canada's 10 provinces and to the United States. At this time we do not ship to other international destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the Canadian or US territories.

SHIPPING RATES (charged in USD)

- Small Goods: $8 USD flat. For orders that contain only pins, keychains, stickers, hats, and/or a single OG Poster. Ships by Canada Post.

- Standard: $15 USD flat. For any order with apparel, beanies, bags, art pieces, or the 4 Poster Wall set. Ships by UPS Standard.

- Free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more, after discounts and before tax.

The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

A NOTE ON CURRENCY

Prices display in your local currency through our site's currency switcher, but the actual charge runs through our US merchant account in USD. Your final amount may differ slightly because of your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). During launches and busy seasons it can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if it does. You'll get an email when your order ships.

CARRIERS

Small Goods orders ship with Canada Post. Apparel and larger orders ship with UPS Standard within Canada and to the United States.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After your order ships:

- Small Goods (Canada Post): typically 2–7 business days within Canada and 4–10 business days to the United States, depending on distance and customs clearance.

- Apparel and larger orders within Canada (UPS Standard): typically 1–7 business days, depending on distance. Remote areas can take longer.

- Apparel and larger orders to the United States (UPS Standard): typically 2–7 business days to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, and peak season can slow things down.

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

- Canadian orders: Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are collected at checkout.

- US orders: Your order ships from Canada and passes through US customs. Hashtag God prepays duties and import fees at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Refused packages may not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS

Some pieces, like the KOTA "Always There" hoodie, are sold as pre-orders or limited drops and ship when the drop ships, not on the regular processing schedule. The product page shows the expected ship window. If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship everything together when the pre-order is ready. If you'd like the in-stock items sent sooner, email us and we'll see what we can do. If a date slips, we'll email you right away, and you can cancel for a full refund before your pre-order ships.

ART PIECES AND POSTERS

Our Bible-story art pieces (Moses Parting the Red Sea, Jesus Walking on Water, Jonah and the Whale) are prints. They're packed with extra protection and may ship separately from the rest of your order. Posters (24" x 36") ship rolled in a sturdy tube, and the 4 Poster Wall set ships together in one tube.

TRACKING

Tracked orders get a tracking number by email once they ship. Some small, flat items within Canada travel by Canada Post Lettermail, which doesn't include tracking. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created, and cross-border shipments may pause briefly while clearing customs.

LOST, LATE, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

- Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.

- If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your building's mail area, and wait one business day. Then email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier.

- If something arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

- If a package shows no movement for 10 business days, reach out and we'll look into it with the carrier.
