We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right honestly and simply.

30-DAY RETURNS

Unless an item is listed below as exchange only or final sale, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show wear, washing, odours, or damage may not be accepted.

PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS (EXCHANGE ONLY)

Pre-order and limited-drop items, including the KOTA "Always There" hoodie, are exchange only. Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange an unworn item, in original condition with tags attached, for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. These items are not eligible for a refund once they have shipped. If the size you'd like is sold out, we'll offer you store credit for the value of the item.

You can still cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships, as our Shipping Policy says. Just email us with your order number.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Posters (including the 4 Poster Wall set), pins, keychains, and any item marked "Final Sale" at purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, it's still covered; see "Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items" below.

FINDING YOUR SIZE

To help you choose the right size the first time, size charts with comparable sizing explanations will be on our site. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we'll gladly help.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email info@hashtaggod.com with your order number, the item(s), and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and the size you'd like).

2. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions and confirm where to send your item(s). Our returns address is:

3. Ship the item(s) back, securely packed. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

RETURN SHIPPING

You pay the cost of shipping your return back to us, including for exchanges. We don't provide prepaid or free return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we'll ship your new size at our standard shipping rates.

The only exception is an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. If we ask you to send it back, we'll reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost along with your replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued in USD, the currency you were charged in, and go back to your original payment method (card via Stripe, Google Pay, or Klarna) within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank or Klarna may take extra time to post it. For Klarna purchases, Klarna will adjust your payment plan.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This applies to every item, including pre-orders, limited drops, and final sale items. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
