By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We aim to deal with every customer in good faith, and we ask the same in return.

ORDERS AND PRICING

Prices may display in your local currency through our currency switcher, but all orders are charged in US dollars (USD) through our US merchant account, so your final amount may differ slightly because of your card issuer's exchange rate and fees. Prices exclude applicable Canadian sales taxes and shipping unless stated. For US orders, we prepay duties and import fees at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limits on quantities, and we'll refund any payment for a cancelled order. Payments are processed by Stripe, Google Pay, and Klarna, subject to their terms.

AVAILABILITY

Products are available while supplies last. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS

Pre-order items (including KOTA) are charged at checkout and ship when the drop ships. Ship dates are estimates. If a drop is delayed or cancelled, we'll email you, and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Return eligibility is set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship from Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States only. Our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges policies form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, designs, graphics, and logos are owned by or licensed to Hashtag God. #GOD and the "#" cross mark are trademarks of Hashtag God. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our marks or designs without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interfering with its operation, infringing others' rights, reselling in bulk without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

DISCLAIMERS

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
